Cultivation: Everyone Undersestimates Me

About this drama

Ye Chen transmigrates into a cultivation world, completely unaware that his power has reached unparalleled heights. He still thinks he’s a useless nobody. His master, True Man Tai’er, ascends to immortality, leaving Ye Chen alone in the mortal world. While cultivating on the back mountain, Ye Chen’s pure yang aura attracts a nine-tailed fox demon who has cultivated for ten thousand years. The fox demon casts her charm spell on Ye Chen, but he remains completely unaffected. In the next instant, his heavenly flame erupts, burning the fox severely and stripping her of all cultivation power. She is horrified—her prized charm spell is useless against him. She realizes he has long since attained immortality, transcending the Great Dao itself. The flame rages on, incinerating her to ash. When Ye Chen finishes cultivating and opens his eyes, he fumes at the thought of his master. He curses angrily: his master taught the original body’s owner nothing, leaving him still a weakling. And to make things worse, the old man even ascended to immortality! He decides to head down the mountain and find a real sect to learn from. Just then, Yan Ruyu, princess of the Purple Moon Empire, arrives, claiming she is engaged to Ye Chen. Ye Chen is thrilled at the thought of marrying a princess, but his joy barely lasts before she calls off the engagement. Yan Ruyu looks down on him, and her maid mock him relentlessly, calling him a worthless mortal unworthy of a princess.
