About this drama
Helen Foster had a difficult labor with twins. Her mother-in-law refused a C-section and tried to use a baby for a ghost marriage, while her husband Richard Sterling brought home a pregnant homewrecker. Devastated, Helen raised Rebecca Sterling and Rachel Sterling alone. But Rachel, wanting new clothes, secretly sold her sister Rebecca. Years later, a vain Rachel tricked Helen into signing an organ donation form by faking kidney failure. At her wedding, Helen was humiliated by the in-laws and found out Rachel hired a fake mother. Rebecca, now a CEO, stepped in to save Helen, exposed the lies, and set Rachel against her in-laws. Eventually, Rachel was killed by Gregory Thorne while trying to save Helen. After the tragedy, Helen, Rebecca, and her adoptive mother started a peaceful life together.
