Escape The Dead Husband's Trap

About this drama

On a rainy night, Amelia hit someone with her car. She hid the body in the trunk and soon found herself trapped in a series of dangerous situations. One after another, she was questioned by a fisherman, a mechanic, and law enforcement, pushing her to the brink of mental and physical collapse. When she finally discovered the victim was actually her husband, Colton, she received a blackmail letter. Forced to come up with $5 million in hush money, Amelia had to sell her house and car. However, when she went to hand over the money and identify the body, she saw Colton alive and well. It turned out the entire accident, the disposal of the body, and the blackmail were all part of a scheme orchestrated by Colton and his family to swindle her out of her pre-marital assets. Amelia, who had secretly contacted the police, saw the entire criminal ring arrested, recovered her assets, and started life anew.
