About this drama

Fang Chen was originally the richest man in the Great Xia Empire and the current president of Huafang Group, with a net worth of trillions. One day, while on a business trip, he was pursued by enemies. In a moment of desperation, he jumped off a car and rolled down a cliff, accidentally ending up in Nan City. With no money left, he was bullied by others but encountered He Na Na, the young lady from the He family in Nan City. During his lowest point, He Na Na helped him, which made him feel she was different from any other girl he had ever met. This sparked a bold idea in Fang Chen's mind: he decided to pretend to be poor to test whether He Na Na truly cared for him. In order to fake being poor, Fang Chen intentionally transformed his image into that of an unemployed vagrant. He Na Na continued to stand by him, not rejecting or abandoning him, which deeply touched Fang Chen. However, due to the vast difference in their social status, they faced various obstacles. To ensure his plan succeeded, Fang Chen used his financial power to deal with the interference of his future in-laws. He used his wealth to win over He Tianshan and Gao Yunlan, He Na Na’s parents.
