Fine, I'll Confess: I'm the Top of the Cultivation World

About this drama

Ye Chen, an ordinary boy from a humble background, stumbles upon a chance to enter Kunlun Sacred Realm, a top-tier cultivation sect, but only becomes a lowly handyman disciple at the bottom of the hierarchy. Unlike other disciples who single-mindedly plunge into bitter cultivation, obsessed with climbing spiritual realms, Ye Chen is naturally laid-back and detached from worldly desires. He cares nothing for fame or status, spending his days sweeping floors and running errands, often slacking off, seemingly devoid of any ambition. To outsiders, he possesses feeble spiritual power and mediocre aptitude, making him the most negligible underling in Kunlun, constantly looked down upon by his peers. No one knows, however, that the unassuming Ye Chen has long cultivated peerless power deep within himself. He only wishes to hide away in the sect and live a quiet, low-key cultivation life. Amid his monotonous routine, he crosses paths with Chu Yueli, the aloof and ethereal Saintess of Kunlun. Their interactions are gentle and understated, and before long, quiet affection blooms between them—the only warm light in Ye Chen's tedious life as a handyman.
