Found You in a Prosperous Age

About this drama

Her life was utterly shattered by her birth mother Dong Yun when the Wang family’s five‑year‑old incident made headlines. To secure a kidney transplant for her younger half‑sister Hu Xiner, Dong Yun forcibly took Li Qingge away from Li Jianguo. She ordered bodyguards to break Li Jianguo’s legs and drive him out of Qingcheng. Screaming and crying, Li Qingge was torn from her father, and they never saw each other again. Eighteen years later, to escape Dong Yun’s relentless persecution, the grown‑up Li Qingge accepts an arranged marriage proposed by Old Master Sheng. She obtains a marriage certificate with the Sheng family’s grandson, whom she has never met, and becomes obsessed with finding her long‑lost father. She takes the position of chief secretary at Prosperity Group, hoping to get close to the CEO and trace where her father was resettled after the demolition years ago. Little does she know, her arranged husband on the marriage certificate is none other than Sheng Nanxiao, the CEO of Prosperity Group. Sheng Nanxiao is kept in the dark as well. Resentful over his grandfather forcing him to marry a scheming woman, he returns home only to be drugged and spend a night with an unknown woman. Full of revulsion toward this marriage, he is determined to track down his mysterious wife for a divorce. In this cruel twist of fate, Li Qingge stands before him as his assistant. He brands her as an opportunistic seductress and subjects her to constant harassment. To keep her job and locate her father, Li Qingge endures everything. When he presses for a divorce, she leverages a secret: “You have a red birthmark on your hip.” This threat compels him to keep her as his personal secretary.
