Herbs and Miracles

About this drama

Dust, the legendary Divine Physician, was envied and assassinated by Hawk, patriarch of the ruthless Hua Clan. Yet by fate’s twist, Dust’s consciousness reincarnated into Eve, an 8-year-old boy from the declining Ye medical family, who lived with his mother Lily under constant abuse from relatives—especially his scheming aunt Tina and cousin Sky, who conspired with the Huas to seize their inheritance. Harnessing his past-life memories, Eve secretly restored the lost chapters of The Yellow Emperor’s Canon and displayed prodigious医术. But when Hawk launched a Grand Medical Duel to annex the Ye family, Eve fought in Lily’s stead. With divine skills like Air Pulse Diagnosis and Dragonflight Needles, he exposed the Hua Clan’s poison plots with Miaojiang蛊doctors and the treacherous Zhang the Evil Healer. Though he saved Tina, the ungrateful Ye family exiled Eve and Lily—until the scholar Leo gifted them an invite to the Zhongzhou Genius Trials, where they vowed to reclaim their honor. At the trials, Eve shocked the world: awakening a 5,000-year-old Glossy Ganoderma with acupuncture, reviving his near-dead mother via alchemy, and proving his status as the Divine Physician’s heir. But Hawk, in his madness, resurrected Dust’s corpse as a puppet to slaughter rivals. In the climax, Eve merged with his past self through The Yellow Emperor’s Canon—Dust resurrected fully, executing Hawk with a single palm-strike. In the end, Dust took Eve as his disciple, rebuilding the Ye family with Lily. The repentant Ye Clan begged forgiveness, while the Hua empire crumbled. The tale closed with a new legend: medicine and kinship triumphing over tyranny, as Dust and Eve forged a future beyond bloodline feuds.
