Married to the Demon King, the Sun God Begs for My Return

About this drama

On the eve of her wedding, Alicia, the Saintess of Order, is secretly drugged by her elder sister Lina and catches her fiancé, the Sun God Apollo, in an affair with Lina. The two turn the accusation against Alicia, framing her for an illicit relationship with a guard. Humiliated before the gods, Alicia has her engagement annulled and her divinity stripped away before being cast into the Abyss as a sacrifice. At the brink of death, the dormant royal blood of Lilith awakens within her, transforming her into a succubus. She falls into a cavern where Lucifer, the Demon King, has been sealed for a thousand years. Through an unexpected twist of fate, Alicia forms a soul-seal bond with him and breaks his ancient imprisonment. When Alicia awakens, she is no longer the obedient and innocent saintess others once controlled, but a reborn queen empowered by seductive royal blood and a burning desire for revenge. She strikes a bargain with Lucifer and follows him to the Demon Palace, where she is scorned and challenged by its maids and the elders of the Abyss. Faced with humiliation and attack, Alicia reveals the ancestral mark of Lilith’s royal blood. Its overwhelming power forces the nobles of the Abyss to kneel before her. From that moment on, Alicia joins forces with Lucifer to wage war against the Divine Court, expose the hypocrisy of Lina and Apollo, and make everyone who betrayed her pay the ultimate price.
