Mess With Her , Answer To The Don

About this drama

Lina, a poor girl from Brooklyn, accidentally saves an elderly mafia matriarch suffering a sudden heart attack and falls deeply in love with Vincent, who hides his identity as the Godfather of the New‑York mafia. However, her malicious stepsister Mia steals the noble heirloom left by Lina’s birth mother, falsely claiming to be the heiress of the elite European Sterling family. Teaming up with Leo, her gold‑digging ex‑boyfriend, Mia subjects Lina to relentless persecution and tries to destroy her. At a high‑end jewelry store on Fifth Avenue, Mia publicly humiliates and bullies Lina, even threatening to break her legs and throw her into a river. At the critical moment, Vincent reveals his Godfather identity to fiercely defend his lover, exposes Mia’s fake‑heiress charade on the spot, and helps Lina reunite with her biological grandfather. Later, Mia colludes with the second elder, who seeks to seize family power. At the family‑reunion banquet, she fabricates evidence to slander Lina and orchestrates an attack in alliance with a rival mafia clan. Having endured so much, Lina abandons her forbearing and kind nature. Working hand‑in‑hand with the Godfather, she methodically gathers evidence, strips away all the villains’ hypocritical facades in public, and ultimately secures the sole right of inheritance to the Sterling family to become its new matriarch. She forms a powerful alliance with the mafia Godfather, and every villain gets their well‑deserved comeuppance. This is a gripping revenge drama depicting the spectacular rise of a downtrodden slum girl who was once bullied, transforming into an untouchable supreme queen feared by both the criminal underworld and legitimate society, as well as a heart‑throbbing mutual devotion story featuring extreme partiality and unwavering protection for one’s beloved.
