My Ex is the Undefeated Champion

About this drama

Nora Bennett and Roman Vale were the golden couple of college. On the night Roman won the national amateur fighting championship and was about to sign his first pro contract, Nora discovered she was pregnant—and diagnosed with stage III breast cancer. To keep him from abandoning his dreams, she staged an affair with their friend Julian, forcing Roman to break up with her. She went abroad alone, gave birth to their daughter, and endured chemotherapy and surgery. Eight years later, Roman returns to Los Angeles on an eleven-fight win streak, ready to challenge for the title. But new league rules require medical clearance from an independent physician. The doctor assigned to evaluate him is Nora. Roman has hated her for eight years. Now one signature from her could decide his career. But Nora hides two truths: their seven-year-old daughter—his flesh and blood—and a knee imaging report he secretly underwent, automatically synced to her medical terminal. As Roman prepares for the biggest fight of his life, the woman he believes betrayed him may be the only one who can save his career—and the one holding the truth that could shatter everything.
