About this drama

On 28-year-old Natalie Carter and 30-year-old Bradley Lawson's wedding day, mother-in-law Martha Dawson demands Natalie transfer the deed of her dowry house to her brother-in-law. Martha uses Natalie's pregnancy to blackmail her, while Bradley urges her to be the bigger person. Pretending to agree, Natalie strikes back by calling off the wedding. Furious, the Lawson family causes a scene at her neighborhood and the company, spreading malicious rumors. Natalie calmly fights back, recording evidence and calling the cops. After her brother-in-law is jailed for attempting to seize the house, Bradley and Martha try to force her to drop the charges. However, their threats are caught on a security camera, leading to their arrest. Ultimately, Natalie reveals her pregnancy was a misdiagnosis. The Lawson family gets what they deserve, leaving Natalie free from the toxic family to start a brand-new life.
