My Nursing Home Holds the Pantheon of Gods

About this drama

At 25, Ye Chen is the young director of Hongxin Nursing Home. Honest and highly‑motivated, his biggest ambition is to win the city’s Top‑Ten Outstanding Worker award. Little does he know he is the reincarnation of the Pantheon Ruler, born from the Sky‑Mending Divine Stone, with a wisp of the Ruler’s remnant soul sealed inside his body. Two elderly men living in the nursing home are actually the left and right guardians of the ancient Pantheon. They live among mortals in search of their lord’s remnant soul. They disguise the invincible Nine‑Dragon Cultivation Art as square‑dance routines and teach it to Ye Chen. Unaware of its true nature, Ye Chen practices it all the way to the ninth level, gaining unmatched power in the mortal world — yet he still believes he is just an ordinary nursing‑home director. During a square‑dance practice, Ye Chen meets Xu Zhiwei, daughter of Jiangbei’s richest tycoon, who is being hunted by cultivators from the Wuji Sect. The nursing home seniors activate the ancient Pantheon Demon‑Banishing Formation through their square‑dance moves and drive the pursuers away. Ye Chen merely thinks it is ordinary elderly fitness exercise and mistakes the cultivators for salesmen. After rescuing Xu Zhiwei, Ye Chen’s pure‑yang physique resonates with her extreme‑yin constitution, loosening the bottleneck of his power. Xu Zhiwei is the first to notice Ye Chen’s extraordinary nature and stands firmly by his side. The two gradually fall in love. Sensing surging ancient spiritual energy, the Wuji Sect marks Ye Chen as a grave threat. Together with the opportunistic Su Yan and Ye Chen’s vain ex‑fiancée Li Susu, they launch repeated provocations. They force Li Susu to break off the engagement with Ye Chen and send elite fighters to raid the nursing home, only to be effortlessly crushed by Ye Chen’s unconscious overwhelming power.
