My rival was the surgeon: I became a medical giant

About this drama

Xu Zhe, the fallen heir of the Xu Group, turned to Shu Man for help when his mother fell gravely ill. Shu Man feigned assistance, but in reality, she had her boyfriend, Li Weiyang, pose as the lead surgeon, falsely claiming he was the medical titan, the legendary Dr. Hua. The surgery ultimately failed, leaving Xu Zhe's mother in a coma. Upon learning the truth, Xu Zhe realized the pair had used him. They even blackmailed him by threatening to unplug his mother's respirator, forcing him to kneel before them in public. Fortunately, the legendary Dr. Hua, remembering a past debt to the Xu family, intervened. Discovering Xu Zhe's innate talent for medicine, he took him on as his apprentice. Xu Zhe went into seclusion, training relentlessly for a year under a new identity. He mastered unparalleled medical arts and a miraculous acupuncture technique, re-emerging as the mysterious Divine Doctor. While secretly treating his mother, he began to investigate the conspiracy that led to his family's ruin. Meanwhile, Shu Man and Li Weiyang relentlessly schemed against him, desperate to steal his family's secret medicinal formulas. In the end, Xu Zhe used his extraordinary medical skills to expose their schemes and bring their crimes to light. He not only saved his mother but also cleared his father's name, transforming from a fallen heir into a legendary Medical Sage, thus achieving his revenge and redemption.
