About this drama

Lóu Yànchēn, a celebrated performer haunted by an unforgivable betrayal, found himself forcibly entangled with Chǔ Língzhōu, a ruthless arms dealer with a commanding presence. Amid the turbulent interplay of emotions and physical domination, he was stunned to discover that Chǔ Língzhōu was none other than his former lover—the woman he had cherished deeply in the past. Her acts of humiliation, however, stemmed from the betrayal and deceit he had inflicted upon her years ago. To atone for his sins, he submitted himself to being kept as her secret lover under her control. Yet, his heart had long been irrevocably tied to her, his love for her rooted firmly in the depths of his soul. Chǔ Língzhōu, despite her hardened exterior, could not erase the memories of his tender care and affection from their shared past. In the midst of love and hatred, guilt and retribution, the two embarked on a tempestuous tale of love and revenge—a story akin to a tragic queen and a relentless conqueror, where passion and vengeance collided like a storm over turbulent seas. And now, the truth of Lóu Yànchēn's identity as the son of a feared and powerful military leader was beginning to surface.
