Reborn at 50, Spoiled

About this drama

Yang Chunfen never expected her son, Zhang Qicheng, to hate her for life because of his wife Xu Qingqing’s miscarriage. Worse, he even pulled the oxygen tube that kept her alive, leading to her death. In her final moments, she regretted giving everything for him. But then she was reborn, back at his wedding. The wedding turned chaotic when her mother-in-law demanded a million-dollar dowry, causing Xu Qingqing’s miscarriage. Zhang Qicheng, who had lost his father young, blamed everything on Yang Chunfen and held a grudge for years. Even after she sacrificed everything to gather the dowry, he never forgave her. When Yang Chunfen revealed Xu Qingqing’s affair with Liu Yuan, Zhang Qicheng accused her of destroying his marriage and hated her even more. He even removed her oxygen tube, leading to her death. In her second life, Yang Chunfen refused to follow the same path. She caused a scene at the wedding, took back her jewelry, and went to the Huo family to repay their kindness. She helped care for Huo Zhanyun’s paralyzed father and donated her entire salary to charity to ensure his father’s long life. Touched by her kindness, Huo Zhanyun, who had sworn never to marry, proposed to her. Huo Zhanyun then exposed the affair between Xu Qingqing and Liu Yuan, making Zhang Qicheng realize his mistakes. Filled with regret, he vowed to change and make up for his past wrongs.
