Return Of The Exiled King

About this drama

Colten, the illegitimate son of the Shaw family, had always been a subject of controversy due to his birth. Looked down upon by the family's legitimate heirs, he was sent to guard the remote frontier. However, contrary to everyone's expectations, Colten thrived in the harsh environment. He rose to prominence, becoming a Legendary Hero who ensured the nation's peace and stability. Seven years later, Colten learned that his fiancée, Vivian, was planning to marry Neal, the young master of the Griffiths family. Determined to confront this betrayal, he decided to return home. Upon his return, Vivian and Neal publicly ridiculed him as a worthless failure, mocking his supposed incompetence. Only Lilah, the younger sister of the Ford family, stood up for him. During this confrontation, Colten accidentally discovered the truth: the person who had saved his life all those years ago was not his fiancée, Vivian, as he had believed, but Lilah. Although the misunderstanding was resolved, Colten chose not to reveal the truth. Instead, he waited for the right moment to explore his true identity.
