About this drama
Christian, CEO of a top conglomerate, is misled by his stepsister Veronica into believing his fiancée Rebecca leaked confidential M&A information. He publicly tears up their engagement and casts her out. Unknown to him, Rebecca is already pregnant. Veronica hires hitmen to stage a car crash, sending Rebecca plunging into a river. Rescued by a professor, Rebecca fakes her death. Five years later, she returns to New York as Europe's ace attorney alongside her five-year-old son Danny to join Kingsley's billion-dollar acquisition. Danny's striking resemblance to Christian leaves him stunned and suspicious. Veronica discovers Rebecca's return and targets her with corporate sabotage and underworld schemes, all of which Rebecca defuses. In court, Rebecca submits full evidence of Veronica's framing and bribery. Veronica's fortune collapses and she is imprisoned. A DNA test confirms the father-son bond.
