The Blood Pact Game

About this drama

Victor, the vampire king of the North, has lived a thousand years and grown weary of eternity. Anonymously, he posts a $100 million bounty on the dark web—hiring someone to assassinate him. Ella, an orphaned killer raised by the blood-hunter organization “Silver Blade,” takes the job to buy her freedom. Her infiltration fails. Instead of killing her, Victor proposes a blood covenant: she becomes his blood servant, gaining power; if she finds a crack in the covenant, she can turn it against him and kill him. Ella agrees, feigning obedience while waiting for the chance to slay her master. Through their days and nights together, she glimpses his loneliness; he is drawn to her stubbornness and longing for freedom. Two solitary souls draw close. At the vampire clan’s banquet, a storm erupts—Lotte and Adela scheme, and Silver Blade brands Ella a traitor. Secrets of a thousand years unravel: Victor’s adoptive mother Celine never died—she is Silver Blade’s true mastermind, preying on her own kind. Gravely wounded, Ella completes her vampire transformation through the covenant and stands with Victor against Celine. As the battle ends and Celine dissolves, they leave the ancient castle and a millennium of grievances behind, heading to the seaside to spend their brief life together.
