The Cat Spills. The Whole Mansion Spoils Me

About this drama

Lana possesses a special gift—she can understand the inner thoughts of cats. To avoid being treated as an outcast, she has always kept this ability hidden. To save up for her study-abroad expenses, she takes a job as a live-in nanny for the wealthy Frank family on the West Coast. On her very first day, she discovers that the family patriarch's Ragdoll cat,Noble, has been diagnosed with terminal kidney failure and is scheduled for euthanasia. Hearing the cat's inner voice, Lana learns that Noble has been refusing food because someone has been feeding it poisoned cat food. She risks everything to expose the truth. The mastermind behind the scheme is Sylvia, a candidate for an arranged marriage with Frank. After being exposed, Sylvia escapes but continues to target Lana at every turn. Relying on an intelligence network of cats from across the city, Lana overcomes one crisis after another. She rises from a humble nanny to a highly sought-after figure in high society, and the aloof billionaire Frank finds himself deeply in love with her. However, their class differences meet fierce opposition from Frank's aunt, Vivian. A wave of pressure and even kidnapping forces Lana to leave quietly. Frank, unwilling to lose her, willingly gives up his inheritance to win her back. Together, the two join forces to dismantle a dark pet-industry trafficking ring. Sylvia attempts to expose Lana's supernatural gift in a final scheme, but the cats gather evidence to foil her plan once more.In the end, the family finally accepts their relationship. With Noble serving as the ring bearer, Frank proposes to Lana, and the two are united in a wedding that bridges the gap between classes—a truly happy ending.
