Caught in the act by Su Man and the sheriff, Li Mo was forced to divorce, stripped of all assets, and died unjustly in prison. Reborn with his memories intact, Li Mo is determined to take revenge. Playing oblivious, he outmaneuvers every plot—drugging, seduction, and false accusations—by Su Man and Lin Wei. Recognizing Lin Wei is coerced due to her father’s illness, he secretly relocates her father for treatment, turning her into a key ally. While maintaining appearances with Su Man, Li Mo quietly transfers company assets and piles on debt. He tricks Su Man into stealing the company seal, transferring the hollowed-out, debt-ridden business to her. Meanwhile, he gathers evidence of her affair with Chen Feng, framing, and theft. In a staged “office affair,” Su Man’s plan to accuse Li Mo of assaulting Lin Wei backfires—instead, Chen Feng is exposed assaulting Lin Wei before everyone. Humiliated and cornered, Su Man and Chen Feng face loan sharks and banks demanding payment for the now-bankrupt company. With Lin Wei’s help, Li Mo reports the crimes. Su Man and Chen Feng are arrested for attempted rape, theft, forgery, and more. Li Mo reclaims his fortune, helps Lin Wei and her father start anew, and hires Lin Wei as his assistant—their relationship growing ambiguous. With revenge complete, Li Mo embarks on a fresh chapter in both career and love.
