Her marriage

Acerca de este microdrama

Mrs. Jane and Simon have been married for 20 years, living in harmony. Today, they finally waited for their daughter Vivi to bring her boyfriend Sean home to meet the family. While the family was waiting for Sean to arrive, he hurried back to Nanqiao Village to tell his mother, Cherry, the news that his father, Simon, had been taken away by another woman in the city, and that woman was Jane. Cherry, furious, called Simon and, with her square dance group, rushed to the city to catch the mistress. Simon, when interrogated by Cherry, recalled the past and realized that 30 years ago, he had already married Cherry in the countryside, arranged by their parents, but they never obtained a marriage certificate. Ten years later, while working in the city, he met the rich girl Jane and hoped to rise in status by pursuing her. Jane, seeing Simon as a decent man, and knowing he was divorced with a child, agreed to marry him. Thus, Simon had deceived her for 20 years. Now, the truth was about to come out. Simon tried to calm Cherry down, but when it didn't work, he decided to return to the village to stop her from going to the city and ruining his happy life. Meanwhile, Vivi, his clever stepdaughter, started to have doubts. She had heard at work that a colleague’s father had deceived his wife, and since mother and daughter had never gone back to Nanqiao Village, Vivi decided to follow Simon to see if she could find anything. Jane stayed at home alone, waiting for Sean to visit. On the way to the city, Cherry's car broke down, and Simon's car broke down on the way to the village. Vivi successfully arrived at the entrance de Nanqiao Village, where she met Cherry and learned that she and her group were heading to the city to catch the mistress. Sean had also arrived at Vivi's house. When he saw "the mistress" Jane at Vivi's house, Vivi also saw the photos of Jane being secretly taken by Cherry, and both sides were shocked. After a lot of confrontation, Simon's long-hidden secret was finally exposed. Bad deeds were repaid with bad consequences, and he was sentenced to prison for deceiving her into marriage.
