To avenge her murdered sister Luoluo, she infiltrates a brothel to assassinate the tyrannical Prince Heng—only to cross paths with Emperor Zhu Xiao, who is investigating the prince’s treason in disguise. Forced into an unlikely alliance, Zhu Xiao poses as her bodyguard while Qingning adopts the alias "Little Lobster." Their journey is filled with bickering, reluctant trust, and budding affection—complicated further when the spoiled Princess Liang Jing develops an infatuation with Qingning’s male persona, unwittingly pushing the two closer.
