Find a companion to go back to the village for the Spring Festival

À propos de ce microdrame

Thirty years ago, the successful entrepreneur Jiang Guohua was ensnared in a devious scheme. In the aftermath, he spent a night with a simple girl from a rural village. By the next day, however, the woman had vanished without a trace. Despite the passage sur time, Jiang Guohua could never shake the memory of that night. Now nearing fifty, with a fortune worth billions, he remained unmarried, his heart still tethered to that fleeting encounter. Concerned about his solitary lifestyle and melancholy, his niece decided to intervene. Behind his back, she arranged for him to attend a matchmaking event for older singles. To ensure he wouldn't attract attention, she even convinced him to play the role of a security guard to keep his identity under wraps. Jiang Guohua went along with it just for fun, seeing it as little more than a diversion. He met several women but felt no connection with any of them. That was, until he encountered Wen Xiu—a woman his own age who instantly captured his heart. He felt an instant, undeniable connection.
